What’s involved?
When you come for your first treatment, we will have a brief consultation covering your health history and the focus of your treatment, before you get settled on the massage table and I wrap and then work your feet.
I work primarily with foot reflexology supported by ear (or auricular) reflexology, and hand reflexology. Following this initial session, in most cases, I will recommend a treatment plan to assist you. This may include a series of more frequent sessions over a short period of time until there is a consistent improvement in symptoms.
